Magic Sliders can be installed in seconds. Match the size of the leg of the item you wish to move. If it doesn't have legs, use of of the larger sizes (60 mm, 24 x 100 mm or 50 x 50 x 64 mm). They will work on any surface; vinyl, ceramic tiles, wood floors and carpeting, and will not scratch the floors. Items may be pushed or pulled in any direction, just be sure that you apply pressure low enough not to tilt or move the item off the Magic Sliders.

For permanent installation, be sure to clean the feet or base of the furniture. Just peel the protective coating first from one side of the doubled faced adhesive included, and stick it on the black rubber side of Magic Sliders (some may already be attached). Then peel the other side of the tape and stick it under the foot of the furniture or object you want to have permanently movable. You can also use a strong glue such as Elmer's Stix All® or Krazy Glue® Gel, which we highly recommend for frequently moved items such as chairs.

Magic Sliders with nail Take nail and put it through insert piece with the beveled edge on top. With a hammer, tap nail into wooden leg until fully in and flush with top of insert. Snap Magic Sliders over inserts. Press all around to insure that the beveled edge of insert is securely in recessed edge of the Magic Sliders.

Magic Sliders 60 mm concave For casters or non-permanent application of 60 mm Concave Magic Sliders, just put them under the casters or leg of the item to be moved, grey side facing downward. Be sure to apply pressure low on the item and not tilt, so that you won't leave the Magic Sliders behind.

Magic Sliders 100 mm round For the non-permanent application of 100 mm Magic Sliders, just put them under each leg or corner of the item to be moved, grey side facing downward. To move, be sure to apply pressure low on the item and to not tilt, so that you won't leave the Magic Sliders behind. Do not use on newly finished wood floors until totally dry (usually 3 - 4 months). Make sure the surfaces you move them on are clean, so the finish won't be damaged. Once you are finished, you may remove them and use them again for another item.
